We had a complicated situation in specifying and delivering a bed for our son in supported living near Chichester. Gary was super efficient, kind and helpful, and great on the comms. The delivery team of Alan and Rhys were excellent too. Great to be able to live track the delivery van on the app (although I had to reload it every time to get an updated location). The sales lady Amanda was friendly & helpful without being pushy. Mattress was ordered on Wednesday & delivered on the Friday by Jack and Mark who were equally polite & efficient, clearing away all the packing and our old mattress.
